If your country is not a signatory of the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961, you will need to have your diploma (or multiple diplomas/certificates) legalized, most probably at the Polish embassy or a consulate in the country in which the diploma was obtained. Upon your arrival in Poland, you should submit all the original documents to the Admissions Office, before 1st of October.

* All international candidates must provide CTSS with proof of health insurance, valid for the duration of their studies in Poland. Students must submit either a copy of their private health insurance policy, a copy of the European Health Insurance Card or a declaration confirming their intended participation in the Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia (Polish National Healthcare System), commencing at the start of the academic year. This step is very important and it should not be overlooked! You will have to submit the original documents before the start of the Academic Year. Should you fail to do so, you will not be allowed to begin your studies. It is essential to have health insurance in order to avoid expensive medical fees in case of a medical emergency or other situations requiring medical attention.

The College is not responsible for the student’s health insurance and medical treatment costs.

The voluntary health insurance payment for a student from outside of the EU is approximately 15 EUR.
